The Scary Twister of Life
Even The Tiniest Debris Could Hurt You So

Staring at that twister,
My heart sinks but finds no ground to land on.
*
Life has always been full of storms,
Big or small.
Deafening thunders and piercing gusts
Are no longer surprises at all.
*
Yet this terrible spinning monster
Shatters my confidence once more.
Unlike storms, its radius is small,
But it carries the power to destroy a hundred times more.
*
Have you met this kind of twister?
From far, it looks like a fine grey line,
Yet by the time I know I’m wrong,
It’s already too late to escape from its spinning force.
*
My feet are dangling in mid-air,
My eyes are blinded by the debris circling around me.
Air is no longer a thin substance,
Its roaring is loud enough to fill my whole existence.
*
Who would have guessed
That his life can be upended by a force so local?
Who would have known
That even the tiniest debris could hurt you so
Just by twirling around and not letting you go?
*
Learn from my story, friends.
Anything loose from your past,
No matter how trivial,
Could be picked up one day
And be turned into a scary twirling disaster.
*
So secure what you treasure in your heart.
Tighten up, tie up, and stack up.
See the value of keeping
A clean and tidy state of mind.
