Emotion feels heavier than yourself

lifting your head takes mighty effort

and nothing stack up as you would wish,

these are the days you work hard and resist.

The pain it brings is invisible and the fight you do is within yourself,

the wound you give is to yourself and the aim you take is at yourself.

These are the days that hurts hard and push you to the limit so you let out a cry so profound,

you seek help but no one is around ,

everyone is far and the silence is abound .

These are the days you don’t find answers

and questions keeps pouring in front of your eyes,

sometimes soaked in tears,

the sigh, the groan, the moan and the huff , nothing works.

These are the days that makes you one with you,

bring you to ‘what is’ and ‘what is not’

and takes you to a space you have never been before.
