The Roses Heart
The rose keeps it hidden out of sight. So as to no break it

The Roses Heart
The rose’s heart lies in the roots,
Hidden far from lovers pursuits.
Deep underground, where no shadows go,
Where predators’ eyes can’t find them No.
It rests beneath the darkened soil,
Guarded strong from crueler toil.
Where love ignites in a fiery bloom,
Passion thriving. To light up a room.
Do not break it open, is a sin,
When the ground starts, letting wickedness in.
The heart, once safe, is soon torn apart,
No one wants a broken heart.

Beautiful poem...
Lovely as always!
Love is like a blooming flower that must be taken care of to prosper. Good job.
