The Road He Travels

Life is like a long road on which we travel.

We know our intended destination.

We expect it will take some time to arrive.

But at times, we feel discouraged to continue.

Traffic may get horrendous.

Stops may become tedious.

We might even catch a few flat tires.

It may simply get hard remembering the reward at the end of the journey.

But we have a guide, a map, a blueprint that says the end of the journey is coming.

We have a sure fire way of enduring.

There is someone who has already taken the same road.

He has completed this journey.

He wants to travel it again so he can bring more people down that road to the finish.

He wants to use our vehicles. He paid to use our vehicles. Matter of fact, let's just call this his.

Life is like a long road on which we travel.

But not so long when we're just a long for the ride.
