Light Breaks Water Challenge

I stared at the water gushing over the rock formations

I wondered what secrets lied between the stones

Its beauty was breath taking as I wondered what it was telling me

The drips looked like icicles, the gushers looked like clouds

My mind drifted to why I was staring, and I focused on the moss and the murky water below

My thoughts reflected how the revelation of my life that was slipping away and how I felt about it puzzled me

And then I marveled at the differenet layers that the water fall followed and the different directions it took

Then I noticed seedlings on the side growing and I knew what it was trying to tell me

The cycle of life that was there all along

I could do nothing to stop it, I could do nothing to alter it

I was suppose to accept it

Enjoy the beauty of life past and present
