The Rainbow Bridge

True Colours

I am connected to the red hot lava

Love centre of the beautiful Pachamama

Ascending, I journey through layers of rocks, crystals and earth

Bursting forth into ethereal orange sunrise

Peeling the last remnants of twilight

From the morning periwinkle sky

A ghostly, bleached heron swoosh-swooshes

Arriving for the day as I awaken

From my toroidal core

Rising higher in consciousness

Infusing yellow sparkling radiance

Into all of my cells

Expanding with each new experience

Pouring gratitude into my pulsing heart,

A vast Amazon canopy of varying hues of green

Protecting, loving, holding space

For eager brown howling monkeys,

Pink toed spiders

And elegant turquoise butterflies communicating

Amongst the hum of the jungle

Black jaguar paw prints interrupt the soft mud

Letting me know she is stealthily camouflaged

In the humid shadow, watching…

As I sing to rusty leafcutter ants

Working fervently in dappled shade

While cobalt-blue macaws embellish my tune

Brilliant purple passion flowers

Shimmy playfully - enlightened

Over the whisper of the river current

Contracting as the last rays

Of golden glow kiss them

Gently goodnight

White incandescent moonlight

Peeks through the trees embraced

By a mystical aura

And silver twinkling stars

Mirror their virtues in the sleeping tributary

Connecting Heaven and Earth in

Divine alignment

A template for humanity

To cross the Rainbow Bridge

That connects us to all there is

And as Nature is resplendent

In its abundance of iridescent colours

I follow the Grand Design

Allowing my energy to shine

Brightly from each vortex

In alignment, in meditation,

In communion

With the collective, the symbolic,

The mythic,

And my Divine colourful Self
