Big, juicy burger
The psychic bites in... and tastes...
Ground up hopes and dreams

This is the haiku adaptation of a two sentence horror story I wrote a while back.
If you’d like to read the two sentence version, here it is:
And please check out this fantastic comic adaptation, drawn by the wildly talented spooky comic artist Adam Tots! (Yes he had permission to adapt my story into visuals, it’s all good!)
Give him a follow if you’re on insta, he’s mad skilled, and there's tons and tons and tons of great posts on his page :)

Oof. "Ground up hopes and dreams" is not the horror I was expecting, but just as unsettling haha. Sad too:/
That psychic shall never eat a burger again, LOL. I love this. You took creep to a whole other level.
My thoughts turned in a very different direction once I read this.
This is so sick it creeps into my brain and lays an egg of the worst outcome possible. Our hopes and dreams in-between those buns for the hearty psychic to eat. A clever spin. Impressive! 🤗❤️
This is brilliant and horrific at the same time. I have a question: is the haiku, the psychic experiences "ground up hopes and dreams" from the beef when biting the burger? Or from the person who handled her the burger, as it seems to happen in the cartoon? But she was wearing gloves because of her "gift." Or, was the burger made of a human?
