Life is a one-way street, so there's truly nothing to fuss about!

When encountering unpleasant people or situations, many people know they ought to let go and not hold grudges. They understand this would prevent their hearts from being troubled, allowing life to be more carefree. Yet, they simply can't let go, which is the source of their pain and unhappiness.

Why can't they let go?

It's because they can't see through it, can't truly comprehend it, and can't move on. You suffer inside, but those who bullied or wronged you are feeling no pain at all. Why make things difficult for yourself?

See clearly what you should do and what you shouldn't do. Life is a one-way street; there's nothing to fuss about. Don't cling to things and then cry out in pain. Some things are not serious at all; it is you who complicates them.

You need to change your perspective, let go, and transcend. The more you fuss, the more your heart is burdened and uneasy.

A heart free of worries can find boundless freedom. A heart burdened by worries will find every step difficult.
