Patience builds strength. - Michelle Liew

**********************************************************************

The old tree sings in rooted calm

Its limbs cradle time, itself a living balm

Storms rage around it in frantic flight

Winds claw its bark, fierce in their blight.

**********************************************************************

Its roots grip deep, embracing the fight

Each blow a cry of Challenge’s might.

Urgency stirs, a fleeting storm

But patience etches strength in its form.

Trees are interesting. Have you ever looked at one and wondered what their history was, they live a very long time, have you ever wondered if they could talk - what all did they see. Nicely Done!!!

Trees have a solidity that I find I am drawn to and you've captured that here.
