"The Night's Poetry"

In the silence of the night,

When the stars shine so bright,

My heart begins to write,

A poem of love and delight.

The moon glows in the sky,

And my heart begins to sigh,

For a love that will not die,

And will stay with me as time goes by.

I think of you and your smile,

And how it makes my heart run wild,

I want to hold you for a while,

And never let you go, my dear, sweet child.

Your eyes shine like the sun,

And in them, I see a love that has just begun,

I want to be with you, my only one,

Until our journey on this earth is done.

My love for you is pure and true,

And it will always remain anew,

I thank the stars and the moon,

For bringing you into my life, my love, my boon.
