The Night Before Covid Christmas
(Have You Been Good Boys and Girls?)
By Dennis AllenPublished 4 years ago • 1 min read

Twas the night before Christmas,
And all through the town
Not a creature was stirring
Because they were locked down.
Some Virus give you a fever and generate heat
This Virus puts shackles on your feet.
Your Cell Phone knows if you've been naughty or nice,
If you leave your house, The cops will put you on ice.
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
Since you can't go anyplace, your feet can be bare.
Took the Turkey from the oven, it's having a rest
We'll have leftovers for days, cause we can't have any guests.
Christmas will be a bit different this year,
But still I wish everyone some Holiday Cheer!
