My eyes grew wide as I gazed into the sky

A giant blue monster just arrived and I think it's a guy..?

I pulled myself together as quick as I could

I reached out and said: "Welcome to the neighborhood!"

We didn't speak the same language, that was a problem

There was only one solution, so I lit up a joint to solve it

It only took a few moments. It had never happened so quickly

We started laughing so hard that I began feeling sickly

After things settled down, he signaled he needed to leave

That was fine with me because we achieved peace

I thought if this ever happened I'd be as good as dead

Instead, we almost died of laughter and I named him Fred
