I cherish waking up to the sweet sounds of my family, and treasure the peaceful silence that follows as they all bid me farewell and embark on their day.

Coffee: my second cup served to me in bed with cinnamon sugar on top.
Easing back into the comfort of my pillows as my family exits our back door enthusiastically, welcoming the silence needed to fuel my day.
