The Miracles

The Miracles

Rowen and Lark

All the colors of the world inside

A grandma’s love is so hard to hide

They are my blessings for which I pray

And sometimes a cuddle is all they need to say

This year was hard I missed their smells

I missed their little hands, their cheeks as well

The colors were bleak my heart broke in pieces

At last a vaccine and now times with them increases

My grandma’s love comes in many colors

and sizes

In my eyes these miracles are my special prizes

I’d try to get them the moon or the sun

The rainbows, the flowers or anything fun

They’ve opened my world to all things love

I thank the stars and the sky up above

They take a grey day and add blues, reds and greens

They make each day the most beautiful that I’ve seen

I didn’t see colors until they were here

They are now the reason I hold everything dear

I hope I have given their lives a wonderful

start

Because these two little souls are forever in my heart
