There is a city called osogbo, Osogbo is a peaceful city where men and women choose to be farmers before military men started disturbing them over the land dispute.

There is a military base called Army barracks in Osogbo

This barracks consists of numerous military men and women from different tribes.

In 1930 the military men wish to seizes land from private owners without their consent.

These military men gathered and they all went to meet the land owner and told them that they should leave the land for them by force and deadline of vacation was given to them.

The land owners were very surprised to hear this from military men because they believed that this type of action is never done anywhere.

The following day after the military announced to seizes of land from the private owners, private land owners went to court to seek for justice because they believed that military men are equipped with weapon materials and they can not fight them alone.

The court write letter to military commander to appear in court as a result of allegation brought to court by the private land owners and there is date on the letter that shows the date of the appearance.

During the judgment in court the judge make military representative realise that what they are doing is called "land grabbing, which is often a controversial and unethical practice that can have detrimental impacts on the affected communities. Governments and military forces should follow due process and respect property rights when acquiring land to avoid abuses of power and violations of human rights".

The private land owner received satisfied justice from the court of law and legal documents were issued to them that serve as legal documents that backup the land.

The following week the private land owners plan to mount fence which will serve as a boundary between the army barracks and their land.

unfortunately when the military men saw the bricklayer who wanted to mount the fence, they chase him and he run to private land owner and they run after him.

They later catch him with the private land owner and they beat hell out of them.

The private land owners were very surprised to see the military men taking this action again after court of law has legalise the land for them.

They were confused and later went to a journalist which is also a radio presenter and narrated all the story to him.

They mentioned the military names and what they did on radio.

Later the radio presenter invite them to live radio program and listeners call from home to judge the matter.

Then the military men realised that grabbing land illegally refers to abuse of power and they make aoth that they will never disturb the private land owner.

Peace later reigns again in the city of osogbo.
