On the colina,
Stood an el faro.
Nobody paid it
Much attention.
But at night,
When niebla came,
Everything got borroso.
The costa invisible.
The canoa and velero
Desperate for guía.
The brillante linterna
Of the el faro
Flashed its luz.
The afraid marineros
Found a señal.
Followed the luz,
Reached to seguridad.
El faro is an icono
Of ayuda and guía,
Its role vital
In saving vidas.
Our conciencia
Is an inbuilt el faro.
Seek its luz.
Translated:
The Lighthouse
On the hill stood a lighthouse. No one paid it much attention during the day.
But at night, when the fog descended, everything turned blurry, and the coast became invisible.
The canoe and the sailboat were desperate for guidance. The brilliant lantern of the lighthouse flashed its light. The frightened sailors found a sign, followed the light, and reached to safety.
The lighthouse is an icon of help and guidance. Its role is vital in saving lives.
Our conscience is an inbuilt lighthouse. Seek its light.

I'm not much for Spanish, but I understood this poem perfectly. I am learning a new language even if only basic vocabulary. Good work,
Aww beautiful way to enlighten others about lighthouses. And it's important symbolism.
