Sugary Foods are Fueling Hormone Imbalance
We must control their consumption

In a Facebook group,
on Hypothyroidism, I am member,
joined to know people experience
and enhance my outlook.
So a woman asks,
why does she have chin hair?
I am not surprised,
for I know,
Hypothyroidism, diabetes, PCOS—
the triad, are all branches
of the same toxic tree,
signs of inflammatory body,
hormonal imbalance at the root.
And these issues
afflict a lot of women.
And what do they do?
Pluck the chin hair,
hide the hair,
under cosmetic layers,
a very wrong approach!
What should they do?
hormonal balance—
is the only right way.
Is it easy?
Not at all.
Today in snacks, we ate
white bread slathered with,
peanut butter, and fruit jelly,
so much sugar!
My back muscles burned,
and my tongue tingled.
We cannot ignore,
other chemical additives too.
We are adding inflammation
even through eating!
Yes, sugar is acidogenic,
which hormones find toxic.
We are breathing irritants,
and applying on our skin.
Lifestyle are hostile,
as long as we live this way,
PCOS is not going away.
My job is to raise awareness,
and show our flaws,
remember, all the drugs,
in this world
can’t fix an illness,
our best option,
is still prevention.

I have chin hair too and often pluck them. At least twice a week. I gotta learn to do things to balance my hormones
