one rustling leaf left
dangling, clinging though severed
descent left unplunged

The last leave refusing to accept change. A nice haiku that gave me some thoughts.
I love the image of the leaf hanging on to Autumn until the very last moment; 'clinging though severed.' Sorry leaf, it's time for winter I'm afraid! Nice Haiku Silver 🍁❤
I like the drift of the words as I read them. The image of the one rustling leaf creates a kind of silence, the wait begins until it falls. Fantastic work Silver ♥️🤗
The last leaf, but is it sad, or delight as it turns to gold?
Beautifully captured.
