The HEART
A vessel capable of immense pressure, yet easily breaks with the flood of a thousand tears.
The TEARS
Like pure water that protects our eyes, yet in moments of sadness have the ability to hurt old wounds as tears soil our face.
The FACE
The bedrock of emotions. A canvas for which we can paint love through the work of our hands.
The HANDS
Soft, yet callous to the touch. Like porcelain we caress the broken hearts of those damaged, yet easily bruise the soul of others.
The SOUL
Encompassing all of who we are. The part of us we give to others in hopes of a lifetime full of love.
LOVE
A longing that few truly experience in a world full of lust. A want that many hope for one day, only to remain in the stands waiting.
But you see, sometimes to truly love requires saying more than I DO. It means focusing your HEART on the TEARS and hurt that can be seen upon the FACE of many with a sordid past. Using your HANDS and through acts of love and kindness you can heal the SOUL of those who have shut themselves off from LOVE.
One day, that I DO will become the I did and instead of one, there will be two. Two hearts beating forever until the end of time.
