The Infinite Loop

Lightening Strikes

By James BurtPublished 5 years ago 1 min read
Doesn’t She Know There’s a Storm?

Told from above me

She told me she’d love me

Till the end of time

I that she she was mine

Two broken hearts

Then the fire sparks

With the evergreens

In the wind

Return to sender

I guess later

When I’m older

It be okay

When I walk off the back door

Same loop around

Again can I say again

You have my heart

I’d say we’re falling apart

But if I do then we’d be back at the start

Two corners

One

Two three

There’s the door

I’ll just walk home this time

And yeah this rain hits harder

If I’d said that I would be taking the long way home

You would’ve never drove up

To take me home where my heart is

And this time we will say forever is forever

The infinite loop
