The iPhone

A modern convenience

I am a status symbol,

an oracle in your hand.

The need for me is simple,

technology at your command.

Me you carry with you,

a constant connection.

Hundreds of apps I can do,

and I will give you directions.

Ask me your questions.

An answer I always find.

I will even give suggestions,

when you’re in a bind.

There is a downside here.

What they pay an employee.

Two bucks an hour is unfair.

I think we can agree.

Would you pay more,

or should I be made cheap.

When you’re in the store,

what price do you seek.

When I am made,

what wage should you give.

Is it enough workers are paid,

so a good life they can live.

Do you care about it?

Is the price right?

Am I such a hit,

it is not worth a fight?
