This Christmas we set out
Our Nativity scene
With Joseph and Mary
And a Babe so serene
The Holy family
Stand in quiet vigil
Remind us of promises
Christ came to fulfill
He saved us from sin
Through His love and grace
He broke through the bonds
Of death's bitter taste
There are those that we miss
This year around our tree
Yet Christ broke the prison
So from death they'd be free
Together forever
Our family can be
Because of that Babe
Born to Mother Mary
So I set out my crèche
A scene frozen in time
A reminder of promised
Reunions sublime
And whisper a prayer
Of gratitude for the Babe
God sent to this Earth
My family to save
