The Great Wall

She's More Then Worth the Climb

Brick by brick the wall was built. Standing strong and powerful and will never wilt. Every brick represents resentment. Over failed loves and promises left uncommitted.

As big as a skyscraper. Climbing this colossal of a mountain will be quite the caper. And indeed very dangerous. But my love for her makes me courageous.

So I make up my mind and began to climb. Reaching the top of the wall so I begin to look down. I see four pitbulls standing on the ground. And as I look up at the sky.

A sniper’s laser comes across my eye. He tells me to get back over. And don’t come any closer. But as I look into the house. I catch a quick glimpse of your lovely mouth.

In the dark shadows you remain. Dealing with the many heartaches and pain. I realize I’m taking a huge risk. But I’ll do anything to just feel your kiss.

Getting next to you with all my mite. Ready to take the bullets and the bites. The dogs can rip every limb of mine apart. Just as long as in return I will receive your heart. And I swear on everything that I own. That I will give you something that you’ve never known.

That’s true love from the soul. From the warmth of my heart in a world so cold. And as the thunder starts to sound. The lightning strikes and the wall begins to come down. Now the storm has truly past. So now you can experience real love at last.
