Before I go about this day,

For every task in either way,

Where eyes are weary and so distraught,

With all we've learned and taught,

It comes to mind that I would speak,

For when you search and open, to seek,

The sound of steam surely flies,

The coffee brew has yet to rise,

Throughout this day, I would have you know,

That despite all that may come and go,

Something dear to my heart,

I would let you know, before I start.

For throughout this day I would have you know,

Before we set out to dare,

You mean something to me,

I love you, and I care...
