A poem inspired by writing a novel about a haunted cruise ship.

No matter how much blood splattered the decks,

the sea remained blue, keeping the screams

and calls for help that were never heard.

Many bodies were never recovered,

yet whispers clung to the sails at night.

All survivors were assumed insane,

haunted by echoes no one else could hear.

My toxic trait is still wanting to go on that cruise ship, lol. Loved your poem!
