Afterimage
FLASHES- from multiple cameras, captures my movement in succession… The evanescent photons, bound by law, spread across my retina and fuse with receptors. I close my eyes to pinpoints of light lingering on the dark, blank screen of my eyelids. They sparkle in and out of existence but eventually fade to nothingness - until the next flash occurs…

Awww, this was so sweet!! I loved it, thank you for sharing. A funny story, when my youngest was little, he used to talk about being in mommy's tummy. He said it was the coolest place, there was a disco ball, entertainment stand with a tv and video games...hahaha!
