A feeling of childlike safety, of wonderment and glee. A comfort to the soul and a warmth you can't control. An fondness for a time or space, with wonderful people you could never replace. The smells of warm candles or fresh baked bread, a wondrous feeling that floats all around your head.

A place of known solace, mine being in the trees with a gentle breeze upon us, and the foliage as bright as can be. The sounds of Chickadees and Robins singing about, foraging and playing in the air all around. The woodland squirrels make time to play, in a manner that bodes no time to delay. A river runs clear and cool, with fish and turtles enjoying their jewel.

A room of fond memory or a person they are shared with, in a time long ago where perhaps you make similar wishes. Times were simple then and you wish to feel the clutch of those who are now old, so you gather those who bring you joy and bring them close in a loving hold. You may find peace in friends you see more than once a week, or perhaps ones you haven't seen since you were smaller and meek. Love can be the perfect start to change your meaning of the phrase, but home is where the heart is and will light your soul ablaze.

You see home is not one place or person but rather a collective of these, it's a feeling you get of contentedness and ease.
