It covers my skin with ease,
Giving my body a gentle, warm hug,
Allowing me to flow effortlessly.
Flowing around me,
As I glide through,
Each stroke feels like flying.
With every push through the force,
My fingers break the surface,
Feeling the drag, embracing the resistance.
With every stroke,
My mind releases its burdens,
Soothing, kind, its gentle embrace.
It weighs you down the deeper you go,
Just like my mind,
We have much in common.
The force above, the unknown, it's scary,
But as I swim through the depths,
My mind is at ease, thoughts dissolve.
In this watery world,
I'm at peace.
