The Easter Egg Hunt

The kids had fun.

By Darla M SeelyPublished 3 months ago 1 min read

It is a cold spring day.

A dozen boys will hunt Easter eggs.

There are some clouds, the sky is gray.

One has artificial legs.

The children are five to eight years old.

Each one smiles big for their mom and dad.

Although the weather is cold,

The children are happy, not sad.

They will remember this day

And show off the eggs they found.

Many cute things they will say.

Some will have dropped eggs on the ground.

These children had glowing eyes

Memories like these are fun.

They hunted for each "surprise."

Their parents were proud of each son.
