The Dress

What goes up, might come down

By Kelly A CurranPublished 4 months ago 1 min read

A typical day in the land of Santorini

The blue and white make the city dreamy

Tranquility is pierced by the occasional debate

Points are made and waving hands punctuate

Steep cliffs rise out from the white sandy beaches

Perched high on a wall a fair maiden reaches

She is dressed in red with extra fabric flowing

The photographer expertly captures the subject glowing

A day that will go down as the best and the worst

One enthusiastic twirl starts the bubble burst
