The Death Of

The Soul

The Logos use their music to whisper in my ear

But at night I feel the intense power of the seer

Burning my soul from the outside, a jinn

I feel the walls and they are closing in

So I pray for some magic to save me

I pray that some angel will create a decree

That my mannerisms will change and my life unfold

A new world before me with riches untold

Only through the death of my soul can I attain

What others only dream of coursing through their veins
