The Curse on Hollow Bonds
When silence, tears, and hidden pain go unseen
By Rahat nazPublished 4 months ago • 1 min read

The silence that hides raging storms within you,
The smiling eyes concealing a weeping heart,
The laughter that veils unspoken pain
If they cannot see, cannot feel, cannot know.
Such ties are nothing but a curse.
A bond is real only when silence speaks,
When it hears the language of your tears,
When it understands the whispers of your heart
Without needing your words.
Even behind a thousand smiles,
It still sees your sorrow,
Even amidst a thousand burdens,
It holds you as its own.
That is a bond, that is love
A shelter for the soul.
But those who fail you in your pain,
Such ties are better broken,
For they are curses, not blessings.
