The Cottage of Eichenbach
One sturdy domain
The Somber afternoons
Yet peaceful and flury like
Rain falls softly and slowly like if time had eternally slowed for this moment
The cottage of Eichenbach stands upon the cold
Overlooking its home, its world, its soul
It ponders the future and how it will go on standing
As it stands upon its peaceful rain that which god had pestoʻd it.
The cottageʻs outside were wet and cold but yet hardened, and warm on the inside.
The peaceful rains and the somber afternoon is a foretelling
A foretelling to the Cottage of Eichenbach that times are changing and soon the sun of peace will rise over its roof once again.
