The cloud

Poem to the tireless clouds

In their sweet white nest

Lies down

From below I watch you

With a smile that is often sadder than crying

From afar I enjoy your tears of water

I wish I could climb up each droplet,

Tighten my petals of colors

And embroider you with happiness with my scent so that you love me

With your beauty, let the firmament out of the air

You who don't know how beautiful you are

In the sky

When darkness falls I would like to be the moon

So that the clarity of your magnificent beauty is never lost

I'd light up every curl that frames

Your pretty face

And I'd long to kiss the fleeting star of your smile

I would turn every tear of yours

Into a rainbow,

As I continue to paint you gray.
