The call

Time to go

The strength in the wait,

held out a hand in a veil,

the whispers in the wind sway,

a gripping chill, sails,

**

A string of air,

resting over time,

longing for a touch,

**

She hails,

**

About the Golden Stairs,

leaping and flashing,

in and around the holding aisles, ringing,

"Your presence felt stronger than ever,

Check the stove and then sit for work!

I am sorry,

If I don't stay,

..........

It is time!

It is time to go,

Take care."

.................

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"What's that sound?"

............

............

-------Tring----- Tring -------------

"Hello"

"baby...she....."

...........

...........

" Oh! That's my mom's sandals,

"Under the bed."

About the Creator

Parvathi J

Through my pages, I find the quiet complexities of pain dwelling in a solitary space, burdening life’s endless demands, and unburdening the voiceless noise.

Witnessing the questioning, I speak the deeper silence of my voice.
