I think our relationship was a mistake.
Loving you at one time seemed right
Each day and every night.

This shows perfectly how a relationship can move from feeling hot to feeling cold. Beautiful work. The part about cringing at the things they do, this is one of your most powerful lines. It hits a nerve, to the point where I had to pause typing this portion of my comment. Well done to you and excuse me while I take a breath.
