I.

There once was a boy

who had a toy bear;

he liked it before everybody

and didn’t even care.

He liked that bear

more than anything in the world

and he chased that bear

more than cooties from a girl.

He liked it and hugged it,

even if a bear;

he liked it, he loved it

and didn’t even care.

II.

There once was a girl

who liked that boy;

she liked him before everybody,

even with his toy.

She liked that boy

more than anyone in the world,

and she chased that boy

with the cooties of a girl.

She hugged him and hugged him

just like he did his bear;

she liked him so she bugged him

and didn’t even care.

III.

There once was a man

who used to have a bear,

but he left it for one thing

without even a care.

He traded that bear

for one thing in the world;

he gave up all he cared

for his one and only girl.

He liked it when she hugged him

and didn't even care;

she more than liked him, she loved him

because he was her teddy bear.
