The beginning of it all.

In the dwelling of the forest,

Where the sun began to rise,

In the eastern hemisphere,

Where the dominion of the west, there lies,

The stirring of the old world,

Against the dominion of the new,

Where the storm was surely swelling,

And hearts disheartened to see this through.

The shadows lingering in the crevices,

The hearts of men there faint,

With doubt that would linger,

And fear a constant taint,

In a land where freedom lingered,

And liberty was surely blest,

In the land where hope then propsered,

The land where dreams begun,

The dominion of the free people, of the west.
