I don’t need to prove I am worthy —
I was worthy before the world knew my name.
I don’t need permission to grow,
to rest,
to arrive in pieces and soften on purpose.
If it’s meant —
may it meet me whole.
And if it’s delayed —
may patience become my shelter,
not my fear.
What is for me
will not require me
to shrink, chase, or ache for scraps.
May I trust that love —
true love —
will know me when it sees me…
and I will be ready
because I chose to love myself first
