My Lord, I live to make your name great; may your light shine through me.
I bid you, take me, and do with me as you will; I entrust myself into your care and hands.
I denounce all to serve you, for I am yours alone, my Lord, and vow not to rebel against that which Thou sayeth, for I will rest only at your feet and shall not harken to the voice of anyone but Thou's, for I am your loving and dutiful servant, who lives to do that which pleases only you; for if this be prophecy then let it be prophecy, for even after Thou's death will I only serve you. Thus, I beckon to Thee, leave me not on the day of Thou's ascension, for even unto the death will I remain at Thou's side dutiful, for it is with you were all pleasures in life reside, thus, I plead never to be departed from Thee but let me follow Thou, yes, even unto the death, I beg of Thee, for what is left if Thou be departed, and I yet am here? Thus, I pray Yee will not suffer me and doth bid me to follow on the day, eve, or morrow.
My Lord, let my words be a testament and an oath unto this covenant, which I do swear unto Thee and vow thus more to deny Thee not and wear upon me Thou's yoke as a symbol to all that I walketh where Thou does lead, that all may know Yee have command over me, and I be willfully submitted.
