"Thank you, German cockroach,
for teaching me about inflammation,
for being a health coach."
What's this? Let me explain.
Well, years back, a cockroach infestation in city apartment made me very sick. My nerves, hormonal system, and immune system were all disturbed.
But I wasn’t going to give up. I wasn’t going down the rabbit hole of endless doctor visits and treatments.
If I have a PhD in biosciences, I told myself—I will fix myself! And I did.
I learned that the key is hormonal balance.
And it can be achieved by minimizing chemical irritants.
It took three years of consistent discipline, but I restored my health.
I now have two healthy kids,
and I hope you’ve learned something from my experience too.
My daughter who enjoys my medical information, thanks the cockroaches for teaching me all about inflammation, even if a rough way.

Cockroaches are nasty but what a way to help oneself in one way.
Cockroaches are my biggest fear 😭😭😭😭😭 I'm glad too that you managed to solve the issue
I had a German cockroach infestation in my house years ago, it didn't get to the point of making me sick luckily! I'm glad you were able to fix yourself.
