Temple of Goodness

A Yogi's Pose

By Jessica VarvilPublished 6 months ago 1 min read

The resiliency his body possesses,

Is greatly immeasurable.

Pliable bamboo limbs,

Flowing from one pose to another.

Bending,

With healthy ease…

Over to the left,

Then to the right.

He supports his leg,

With his yoga brick.

Mindfully,

He regains his composure.

Supple and youthful,

The Yogi epitomizes grace.

Restoration and rejuvenation,

Overflow with each pose.

This temple of goodness.

This vessel of positivity.
