Halima,

silence does not mean ignoring;

Perhaps a pause,

to arrange feelings ...

We collapse from

every, effort, effectiveness

trying to find a letter—

Incapable of describing

what we feel

Silence is golden as pears

Halima,

bousni

(kiss me)

eyes flash, rapidly

as cheeks flush—

Your heartbeat,

your voice trembling,

confusion in your speech,

‘Ala Rasi

(anything for you)

You extracted words from

from my qalb

(heart)

Fixed in my mind;

Halima

how I miss you!

My rebellious princess

Conjecture

lines becomes fragile;

the pen flows from

noor

(Illumination)

the letters of love, expressive

alluring as a thread keeps us together;

outpouring of longing

from a qlab

(heart)

I sincerely love!

surreal poetry
