love poems
Love poems for hopeless romantics; I'm the poet and you're my muse.
Learn to Love
I SAY I LOVE YOU WITH ALL OF MY HEART, YOU SAY YOU LOVE ME THEN TARE MINE APART, I GAVE YOU MY EVERYTHING N WAS REAL FROM THE START, DAMN MAYBE I SHOULDN'T FALL SO HARD, BUT YOU AIN'T THE FIRST TO HURT ME N LEAVE ME, BUT YOUR DEFINITELY THE MOST DECEIVING, IT'S SAD IT HURTS SAYING GOODBYE, AT LEAST I CAN SAY I HONESTLY REALLY TRIED, I'M SORRY I WASN'T THE ONE FOR YOU, BUT MAYBE SOMEDAY I'LL COME SAY HI, I STILL HOPE THE BEST FOR YOU, I'M JUST THAT KIND OF GUY, OR MAYBE YOU'LL REALIZE YOU HAD SOMETHING GOOD N WISH YOU HAD CHANGED YOUR MIND WHILE I WAS BEGGING YOU NOT TO LEAVE ON MY KNEES WITH TEARS POURING FROM MY EYES, WHAT'S REALLY SAD IS YOU DIDNT HAVE ONE TEAR OR SHOW A LITTLE EMOTION WHILE I CRIED...

Hurt by Love
Hold me till the tears have dried on my cheek.Till I silence the scream in my soul.Hold me and don't let me speak.I don't want to lose my control.Let your arms surround my body, Let them take my pain away. You were nowhere, yet, I have found you.You became the person that stayed.Tell me what you see in this broken One, And what makes you not wanting to leave.I will listen to you like you're holding a firearm, And behave like you're holding my heart on a sleeve. And I promise when the tables reverse, I won't run. I won't leave you behind. You're a door that I don't have to close,I'm in love and it makes me so blind.
