love poems
Love poems for hopeless romantics; I'm the poet and you're my muse.
Peyton Wilga
I spent a lot of time this year thinking about what relationships I needed to let fade away. I spent an excessive amount of time focused on ridiculous things and toxic people. When I came to the end of that rope, I decided to just let life happen and allow God to lead me wherever it is he wanted me to go. I’m not surprised that when I finally decided to do what’s best for me, Peyton walked back into my life.

I know most, if not all of you have a person in your life that you need. It was probably hard for you to admit at first. You might not have been ready to be vulnerable and submit to the fact that you needed someone, but once you did, everything got better, the world seemed brighter.

Tell me something about the world you’ve seen. I want to learn about the reality you’ve known and the things you’ve done. Tell me how you feel when it’s quiet. I want to know if you think about the stars and how they’re made and if the sun really shines just for you.

Have you ever had someone in your life that lead you? Someone you needed around because if one day they weren't, your next step might be a little shaky? I'd like you all to meet Haley, The Valley's haven, a secure space where The Valley can breathe.

I’ve known you for the better part of forever now. We’ve been through a lot over the years. I’ve been a plethora of different people, each one a little more dramatic than the last, but yet and still we found our way out of every phase we’ve been in. We made it out alive, and we haven’t even reached the top yet.

I Now Realize...
Every time I think about what’s the best for me…She will ALWAYS show me what’s best for US. I write now simply because She EXISTS. One minute…I was out and about trying to live my best life. But when she came along…She had me wondering how I lived my life without her. She became my everything in an instant. WAY before I even realized it…
