heartbreak
They can break your heart, but they can't break your soul; poetry about lost love that comforts and uplifts.
Can’t Hide the Way I Feel
Sitting here wondering where did I go wrong thought the man that I was with I thought our love was strong and then I met a man the other day swept me off my feet and stole my heart away every time that I’m with you I think of him white shirt blue jeans and some fresh brown Timbs and when you’re working late at night I call him on the phone and when you'r job tells you to fly I invite him to our home.

Ten Things
ONE. I really hate the way you talk, you tell me you love me but all I hear are the sounds of my past sobs TEN. I miss the way you stroked my blood stained cheeks and kissed my damaged forehead, you always knew just what to do, like you saw right through my skull to my brain and thoughts. Transparency

Lost in My Head
With the twisted hands of time, I sit lost in the far back in my own mind~ Faint echoes of answers are heard with horrible ears~ but what are they sayin?, do I go see for myself? keep lookin, spinning circles confused unsure of my direction, What was & is, or never was~ What will be & Should I budge ? Bridges burn all around me, I watch in constant fear Missing when I had you near~ How I yearn for then & the hurt comes again, every time I realize I lost my Best Friend
