Seahawks win big game!
Score was twenty-nine to thirteen.
Seahawks gain revenge.
The Seattle Seahawks just won Super Bowl XL with a 29-13 win over the New England Patriots this evening. Eleven years ago, the Patriots defeated the Seahawks 28-24 to win Super Bowl XLIX.
That's where the revenge comes in that is the third line of the haiku because Seattle fans have been waiting for eleven years to have that Super Bowl loss to be avenged.
With this sudden reversal, good fortune should continue for the Seahawks. However, one potential stumbling block could be that Super Bowl 60 MVP running back Kenneth Walker III is a free agent. If the Seahawks do not replace him, then they will have to find another running back in free agency or they will have to draft another running back in the NFL Draft where this upcoming draft class is sort of thin at RB.
