The sun has dipped below the horizon
This golden glow her calling card
to let us know she's gone for the day
but that she's casting her light over
to the moon
the sky bleeds from blue
to indigo, like a celestial watercolor
masterpiece on a grand scale
The heavens a velvet backdrop as the
stars show up precisely as they were
arranged on the Fourth Day
too many to count, but
each given a name
The mystery of the mystery
Sunset is day's end
time to bring your
cares and worries to the table
and leave them there.
tomorrow is a brand new day
do not drag today into tomorrow
Surrender heart mind and soul today
" let go and let God"
read that again , until you understand
the assignment
It requires trust in something
invisible, unseen
biblical
+++
“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.”
Matthew 6:34 NKJV
