Sunrise

Another sleepless night

spent all alone

watch another sunrise

standing on my own

Alone through sleepless nights

hoping for your call

Till then only my memories

are my partners through the night

The dusky skies at dawn and twilight

are reminder of your face

Reminding me of times

we were together in this place

My love my light

when you're not here

it doesn't feel right

So until the day I your face again

I hide my pain

and watch another sunrise

as it marks the end

of another lonely night
