Summer Rain

Every day it rains on a hot summer day

Hot Summer Sun staring at my face

This weather I can't handle

It burns me like a melting wax candle

Is it summertime sadness?

Is this a mother nature madness?

I see a grey cloud hovering the sky

Thunder is clapping

Kids are happy

The rain is falling

The nature is calling

The next day it comes again

Every day it rains on a hot summer day

I'll be taking the midnight train

I guess I can enjoy the summer rain

It might never go away

I guess it will stay

Make it a permanent weekday

Showers everywhere

On a Summer hot day

Oh how I love the summer rain
